  • Elizabeth DeWitt says:

I am grateful to be living in a small house in the woods in Italy and still able to receive these messages from Eileen Fisher Lifework. Sometimes it sits in my mailbox for days before I open it, but sometimes it is exactly the message that I need in that moment. My intention is to try to be more present in the here and now.

  • John Bedosky says:

The simplicity of this exercise can be deceptive as can it can obscure its power. Don’t underestimate this! Try it for a few days. I’ve been doing a version of this that is less meditative, and something I learned from Dr. Nathaniel Branden, and that is to begin each day with two questions — What’s good in my life? And what needs to be done?
    Thank you!
