Move Into a New Story
Get Out of Your Head & Into Your Body
Toni Bergins

Love, joy, freedom, self-expression, sensuality, release — these are the gifts waiting for us when we come home to our bodies and connect with our fluid, physical selves.

How do we joyfully make significant change in our lives? We have the power to shift patterns that no longer serve us and upgrade the wiring of the nervous system through embodiment and movement.

A ritual journey of physical and emotional discovery, JourneyDance™ combines guided movement and improvisational dance to help us get out of our heads and into our bodies. Current research proves that movement, dance, and music have a measurable impact on the nervous system and its ability to rewire itself. Through breath, sweat, and self-expression, we can also begin demystifying our body’s language — and listening to what it can tell us about all aspects of ourselves, including our unconscious patterns.

During this exciting day of discovery we will also:

  • Reconnect with the natural, intuitive movement that is uniquely ours
  • Learn a process that we can do — anytime, anywhere — to encourage a shift in mood, emotion, and perspective
  • Re-create or alter our inner stories
  • Activate our imagination

Consider this enjoyable workshop a date with your body. Toni Bergins, founder and creator of JourneyDance™, has worked with over 75,000 people — giving them practices they can use every day to feel more sensually revived and emotionally empowered.

Note: No dance experience required.

Toni is one of the most extraordinary guides, leaders, and fabulous females that I’ve ever met. Beyond delighted that she’s doing this. I LOVE what Eileen Fischer stands for, ever since working with Gail Straub and David Gershon and seeing Eileen’s stand for empowering women. Wish I could be there, will be out of town that day! Enjoy!
