When we think about setting boundaries, we often focus on the “No” that we’re establishing in relation to others. Self-care specialist Jeanette Bronée flips that around to look at the “Yes” we’re creating for ourselves — introducing a more compassionate expression of the intention to distinguish between our needs and others’ expectations.
Jeanette Bronée, CHHC, is a nourishment expert and coach, founder of the Path for Life Self-Nourishment Center in New York City, and author of Eat to Feel Full. Her online 9-Step Path for Life Self-Nourishment Program incorporates her three essential principles for lasting personal transformation — food knowledge, mindfulness, and habit shifting. Her goal is to empower her clients to take charge of their daily well-being, performance, and future health by changing their relationship with food.

This feels like a perfect antidote,/ addition to the holiday drama and change of season transitions.. saying Yes both challenges and holds promise!
Nancy’s comment from the morning of December 1 are my same thoughts. I appreciate and find useful the Tiny Practices I’ve watched. I see the value on the “Say Yes ….” Practice; yet it seemed there was more to come.
Thank you Eileen Fisher Life Work. You are adding valuable work to your fashion portfolio.

I like the idea, but I’m having trouble understanding it. Perhaps a slightly longer clip with some further explanation or examples of how to put the principle into practice would be easier to understand.
pretty useless
Gracias!
YES! for allowing myself more space within
YES for allowing myself to accept, love and embrace it all.
YES for the continuation of life this Natividad!
I don’t see how this differs from the importance of supporting ourselves and one another to say no with intention say we can say yes powerfully.
Would you kindly add closed captioning to these posts?
Brilliant perspective and especially relevant during the holidays.
I love the idea of this, and I plan to put it into practice today. This is what we need to hear to validate ourselves. Just turning how we think takes off so much pressure. Thank you!
Sounds compelling
I love how simple and easy this message seems to do. I like the idea of Yes rather than No and I think I can use this quite simply. thank you.
Thank you so much for this intro toward a more expansive “glimpse” of greater ease-
Perfect in any season…

thank you
not sure if clip this is meant to be a teaser or if this is the whole message? Might have appreciated a bit more context and/or a closer look at power of intension in ones own life as different from expectation.
Thank you
Thank you for these great mini practices – this one is a great flip of perspective that I will begin using right away.
