I am currently practicing every morning with a 14 minutes meditation at 8am (provided by E mindful) It is a wonderful way to connect with like minded souls and tune our instruments in harmony for the day. If I am not working that day, I join in on the 830 meditation for 30 minutes. This practice that was offered by EF has helped me to rid my high anxiety of the election and observe rather than react in most cases. Namaste
