I meditate. I did not like this one. I am even typing this while not connecting to this experience.
When I hear the gong I feel immediate peace but, after I type this to be part of the conversation I’ll turn it off!

Lovely and very powerful, thank you.

Thank you for sharing this meditation and allowing me to be a part of it. I am looking for more ways to celebrate me in order to be able to continue to give more to others.

  • Leslie Ann Farrar says:

i LOVED that this meditation was only 8 minutes long. Often I don’t have time to meditate because I am running six-ways-to-Sunday all day, every day. THIS meditation was long enough to provide me with a “break” and bring me into myself and practice loving ME. And it was short enough to give me time to do it every day.

    Thank You!!

  • Lisa O’Brien says:

Thank you, thank you. Soft and strong — always appreciate your voice and guidance, Colleen. Thank you also to Eileen for hosting such delightful beings.

  • Reyna Gonzalez says:

Thank you for reminding me to drop into my physical body to help me become present. It was the best 8 minutes spent this Valentine’s Day morning❤️?

  • sylvia durrant says:

Needed this as I dislike my body so enjoyed the feeling of calmness and acceptance the meditation has given me. I have issues that need resolving and hopefully meditation will bring me closer to doing so. Thank you for the opportunities you are giving us Eileen and hopefully one day I might it to New York for a seminar.

As Eileen said – “do we have to talk now?”. This was a wonderful way to take a few minutes out of my day and just ‘BE’. Thank you, Colleen

  • marvel herlache says:

Thank you for these exercises/experiences that remind us of the importance of paying attention and being present for the present moments of life…in gratitude….

  • Andrea says:

Thank you for this. That was lovely and just what I needed after a tough week and still not feeling relaxed after waking up on Sunday morning — but now I feel like this will help me turn the corner and recharge. And accept my body – not feel guilty for not training hard (I watched a little of the Olympics and felt like a slob!), but grateful for the strength it does have and also aware of how much I’ve put it through – stress, years of running, not enough sleep. And that I should take better care of my body, and appreciate it more. Thank you.

PS – Colleen Saidman’s voice and words are soothing and kind and accurate for the emotions of when we are hard on ourselves, others are hard on us, and we harden inside. Her words help lighten and loosen that tension, and start to feel free again. .

Lovely shared with my meditation group – love starting from the FEET first – grounding and centring. Thank you for these “Moments” Eileen Fisher, and thank you, Colleen Saidman Yee,

  • Ashley says:

This was so calming. I really needed it this morning. I love the part where Colleeen says to let the 22 parts of your cranium be in sync with your breath. That was a different way of meditating for me . Thank you!

  • Valerie Yaffe says:

    That was a lovely experience.
