Give your body some TLC.
This deeply nourishing 12-minute guided meditation with leading mindfulness teacher Jack Kornfield is designed to bring healing through caring awareness of your body. This is a good meditation to do on a regular basis — once a week or twice a month — or daily during a time of recovery from injury or challenging circumstances. (Or do it any time you want to!)
In addition to feeling good when you do it, the meditation teaches your mind and body how to access the wisdom you need to promote health and healing.
All you need to do is settle in, press play, and experience it.
Jack Kornfield, a longtime meditator and meditation teacher, is author of A Path with Heart and After the Ecstasy, the Laundry. He is the founder of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California, and and one of the key teachers to introduce Buddhist mindfulness practice to the West.
Filmed live at the Eileen Fisher Embodiment Lounge at the Wisdom 2.0 conference in San Francisco, February 2017.
The meditation was a great time spent journeying inward for a short period of time. It was a nice way to start the day. This time spent is also a great escape to clear thoughts and balance energy.
It was helpful. His voice was calming and the guided imagery really worked for me. Thank you!
I am about to take the fifth of six chemo treatments. I am very anxious, really frightened as the side effects are very difficult. The visualization helped relieve some of the anxiety. I will incorporate this into my daily meditation practice.
Many thanks
Thank you so much for this precious gift.
I would love to be able to attend more.

I am grateful to have heard Jack Kornfield live and in person at the recent Psychotherapy Networker Symposium.
Thank you ?
Thank you so much. Jack, you have helped my life since 1995, then by your gentle little book, entitled the Teachings of The Buddha.
And, how wonderful and generous for
Eileen Fisher to give your teachings to us..
With deepest gratitude…

Background noise made it impossible to concentrate. I don’t know how he did it. I couldn’t
Thank you for this gift
Thank you. As a practioner meditation of some sort occurs daily–with myself, during yoga….but it was so nice to be mentored/led by a master meditation guru. I expect to revisit this site regularly.
Excellent and calming.
Thank you
Being familiar with mindfulness practice and living with keen awareness of bodily needs and locked in emotional trauma–it was vitally useful to be led by a master and to visualize and, thereby, embody the deeper curiosity and clarity that will facilitate a reframing of the story and thus a letting go. Deep bows. Metta, Sue Doherty
Wow! What a lovely gift! Thank you!
Acceptance—even of the noisy background.
Thank you for a timely and beautiful mediation. I needed this and it has helped me to remember how important it is to give time and space to stillness, attentiveness and healing.
