Own Your Body Wisdom
featuring Christiane Northrup, M.D.
with Latham Thomas, Zuleikha & Antoinette Klatzky
As women, we have been taught since we were children that the answers, particularly about our bodies, lie outside of ourselves—with our parents, our doctors, our teachers, our friends. But while it’s true modern medicine has come a long way in the last century, it’s still no match for our most powerful diagnostic tool: our own bodies.
“Regardless of our individual circumstances, our pasts, or our ages, each of us has inner guidance available that we can tune in to in order to create vibrant health,” says Christiane Northrup, M. D., a leader and innovator in women’s health and best-selling author of Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom.
Together with Dr. Northrup, Latham Thomas, best-selling author of Own Your Glow, and movement artist, Zuleikha, we’ll spend this daylong event exploring the rituals, practices and how-to’s of tapping into our body wisdom—the intuitive guidance we were born with—so that we can better guide our healthcare and nurture our well-being.
We invite you to participate in this extraordinary event either online via our specially designed live-stream experience, or in person at the Eileen Fisher Learning Lab in Irvington, NY.
Let’s create the change we want to see in the world. Together.
